5. Blank goods pricing: EQP on foil stamp product and all packaging otherwise imprinted
6. Credit cards: AmEx, MC, Visa, Discover accepted
7. Shrink wrap/cello charge: $.22(f) per deck
8. Mailers: $.40(f) each for tuck and plastic box; $.65(g) each for all deluxe packaging.
9. Sticker/label: $.14(f) per sticker/label
10. Handling charge: per shipment
11. Shipment origination: FOB Blue Springs MO unless otherwise indicated.
12. Drop shipment charge: $8(g) per address
13. Split shipment charge: $40(g) for shipment on 2 different dates (may delay 6 months from date of purchase order).
14. Third-party shipment: $5(x) per order
15. COD shipment charge: $15(g) per address
