4. Proofs: color and layout $12(c) per color (allow 1 week); layout only $5(g) faxed or emailed (allow 48 hours).
5. Virtual Sample: no charge if correct digital art is supplied (allow 5 days).
6. Random sample: no charge
7. Speculative Sample: $20(x) for actual foil stamp card if correct digital art is supplied (allow 2-3 weeks); may be applied against order if placed within 60 days.
8. Rush Service: $65(g) for 3 business days production up to 300 decks with 1 foil stamp color only (no proofs and no copy changes). Due to daily changes in production scheduling, all orders must be confirmed with customer service and pre-approved by credit department.

19. Split Shipment Charge: $40(g) for shipment on 2 different dates (may delay 6 months from date of purchase order).
